Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Tradesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and installing high-quality custom joinery for residential and commercial projects. This role requires strong craftsmanship, the ability to read technical drawings, and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry, furniture, and joinery components from technical drawings and specifications.
- Operate and maintain woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Install custom joinery on-site, ensuring accurate fit, finish, and functionality.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber, laminates, and other joinery materials.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing and installation process to ensure work meets company standards.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, designers, and other trades to meet project deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation or manufacturing issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean, safe,



and organised workshop and worksite in accordance with WHS regulations.
- Assist with loading, transporting, and handling joinery products when required.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members during installations.

Skills & Qualifications

- Trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Joinery, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in custom joinery or cabinet making.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Experience using woodworking machinery and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver's licence (preferred).
