We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our boutique family law firm on a full-time basis located in Mackay, Queensland. Our firm is willing to consider those currently studying law or have experience within the legal industry.

Reynolds Family Law is seeking a passionate Legal Assistant to join our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Assistant looking for a role that will grow with them and offer opportunities for career development. Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming client enquiries and assist or transfer calls when appropriate.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support.
- Complete work for various solicitors.
- File and document management including client and matter opening, electronic and physical filing, and general matter administration.
- Diary and calendar management including coordinating and organising meetings.




- Drafting correspondence and formatting, editing, and reviewing documents.
- Transcription of dictation.
- Collation and management of Court documents.
- Support legal assistants with learning processes, software, and systems.
- Provide reception cover and assist with business development activities.

About You

- At least 12 months experience as a Legal Assistant. More experienced candidates are also strongly encouraged to apply.
- A keen interest in the legal profession.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent professional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to be proactive and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Microsoft Office and general IT skills.
- Flexibility to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
