TE Engineering is a growing engineering and fabrication company based in Chinchilla, delivering piping, fabrication, mechanical, and project‑based works across a range of industries.

We are currently seeking:

- Qualified Boilermakers
- Pipe Fitters
- Or motivated and teachable people wanting to build a career in the industry

This is a hands‑on role offering varied work across workshop and site‑based projects with opportunities to grow within a developing business.

Key Responsibilities

- Pipe fabrication and fit-up
- General fabrication and welding works
- Mechanical assembly and installation
- Reading and interpreting drawings
- Site installation and shutdown works
- Assisting with project delivery and workshop operations
- Maintaining quality workmanship and safe work practices

- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and within a team




- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and quality

Highly Regarded

- Trade qualification in Boilermaking or similar
- Pipe fitting experience
- Welding experience
- Forklift ticket
- Experience in fabrication, piping, mechanical, or industrial environments
