Spot and resolve issues quickly.

Work with upstream and downstream partners.

Manage resources to increase efficiency, improve customer experience, and control costs.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years at the warehouse lead role. Experiences at 3PL/4PL companies are highly preferred

Positive leadership, communication & problem solving skills

Proficien in English. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
