About Your Supervisor – Narmi Thillainathan

Narmi is a Clinical Psychologist with 24 years of experience and an Academic at UTS (Masters in Clinical Psychology – Neuropsychology & Child/Family).

Her areas of expertise include:

- Child, adolescent & family work
- Neurodiversity
- Trauma-informed practice
- Psychodynamic therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, Schema, IPT, EMDR

Narmi is passionate about mentoring psychologists and creating a workplace where clinicians feel supported, confident, and inspired.

What We’re Looking For

- AHPRA-registered Psychologist (General, Clinical Registrar, or Neuropsychology Registrar)
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- A reflective, ethical, and enthusiastic approach to learning
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Interest or experience in working with children and adolescents
- Willingness to engage in broader clinic activities (groups, school programs, presentations)
