Inspired by the port cities and coastlines of Asia, East Pavilion celebrates bold, generous Chinese cooking designed to be shared. Wok-fired dishes, premium produce and genuine hospitality come together in a stunning coastal setting, where two coastlines finally meet at one table.
We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to build the team, shape the culture and lead one of NSW's most anticipated restaurant openings.
The Opportunity
As Restaurant Manager, you'll lead the front-of-house operation and work closely with the Head of Restaurant Operations, Chef de Cuisine and wider leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new restaurant before opening, help shape service standards and culture, and build a high-performing team from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and inspire the front-of-house team during busy lunch and dinner services
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards
Recruit, train and develop team members
Manage rosters, labour costs and daily operational performance
Work closely with kitchen and leadership teams to ensure seamless service execution
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader
Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams
Experience in high-volume,
fast-paced hospitality environments
Strong food and beverage knowledge with confidence discussing wine and menu pairings
Robust organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
