Good Shepherd Support Services is seeking an NDIS Operations Manager to lead and optimise our NSW-based NDIS programs. This full time role in Charlestown drives compliance, performance, and person-centred service delivery across all operational areas.

You will oversee rostering, budgeting, and data-driven quality assurance while developing a high-performing team. A relevant qualification and 3–5 years in NDIS operations are required. WWCC and drivers license are expected.
