About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- General mechanical servicing and repairs
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle faults
- Brake, suspension, steering, and engine repairs
- Wheel alignments and tyre fitting (experience preferred)
- Conducting vehicle inspections and safety checks
- Maintaining accurate job records and workshop documentation
- Providing professional advice and recommendations to customers
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within required timeframes
About You
- Trade qualification as a Light Vehicle Mechanic
- Previous experience working in a mechanical workshop
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A current Australian driver's licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Wheel alignment and tyre experience highly regarded but not essential
- Must have current Australian work authorisation
