Bay Haven Support is a growing, community-focused disability and aged care provider seeking compassionate, reliable and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team.

We currently have opportunities supporting three young participants across the Moreton Bay region. Our participants have varying support needs, including Autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, physical disability, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), chronic pain and anxiety.

The Role

Depending on your experience, availability and participant compatibility, shifts may include:

- Assistance with daily living and personal care
- Community access and social participation
- Supporting independence and life skills
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Providing emotional support and encouragement
- Supporting participants with routines and personal goals
- Working collaboratively with families and the Bay Haven Support team

We are particularly interested in Support Workers who are patient, dependable, engaging and genuinely passionate about building meaningful, professional relationships with participants.

About You

You will be someone who understands that outstanding support is about more than completing tasks. You are reliable, respectful,



adaptable and committed to supporting participants to have greater choice, independence and connection within their community.

Experience supporting young people with Autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, physical disability or complex support needs will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant qualification
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- National Police Check
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
- Availability to work across the Moreton Bay region
