Sanikleen Group Australia is one of the country's largest specialist hygiene providers to the food and beverage industry. Australian owned, more than 400 staff. We are standing up a recent contract at a food manufacturing site in Boonah, in the Scenic Rim, and need a hands on Site Manager to lead it. Suited to someone in or near Boonah, Aratula or the wider Fassifern Valley and Scenic Rim.

The role

1. Run the nightly clean and lead a team of four operators, Monday to Friday overnight.
2. Own cleaning standards, food safety and hygiene outcomes on site.
3. Manage the roster, training and daily performance of your team.
4. Be SGA's face on site, alongside the client's quality team, including daily post clean reporting.

What we are looking for

1. Experience leading a cleaning, sanitation or hygiene team,



ideally in food manufacturing or a similar regulated setting.
2. Working knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or SQF. We support the rest.
3. Someone who sets a standard and holds a team to it. Reliability and leadership are the whole job.
4. Own transport and able to travel to Boonah for overnight shifts.
5. The right to work in Australia.
