Enthusiastic Energetic Support Workers Wanted!
IMMEDIATE START for the right candidate

8 hour working days - starting at 8am - 4pm.

Monday & Thursday availability essential!

We are a community-based disability support provider supporting high-school aged and young adults living all over Sydney.
You will be supporting participants from Western Sydney to Hornsby, Castle Hill, Inner West, and North Shore and upper North Shore.

Having your own reliable car is a requirement for this position as we are include pick up and drop off in our support days.

At Champions Life Skills, we focus on providing social, recreational and community participation opportunities to our participants as well as building life skills.

We are looking to grow our team of passionate disability support workers to continue to make a real difference in the lives of our participants.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Support clients in social and recreational activities within the wider community

Provide transportation (pick up and drop off)



to Champions located across Sydney for the day's activities- own car essential.

Execute daily planned activities in a group environment as provided by the Team Leader

Document daily shift reports for each Champion

Build trust and positive relationships with our Champions

Work as part of an enthusiastic and energetic team to make every day a great day for our Champions

Qualifications & Experience

Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities is welcome but not necessary - we will train you in the field!

Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, overnight, weekends, public holidays and school holidays

Current First Aid and CPR Certification

Valid Working With Children (WWC) Check

Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to apply for one)

Current Australian Drivers Licence

Reliable and comprehensively insured personal vehicle

Work as part of an enthusiastic and energetic tight-knit team
