ICT Infrastructure Pty Ltd is a leading Electrical & Communications company seeking an experienced and motivated Office Administrator / Key Account Manager to join our growing team.
As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a proactive and organised professional who can play a key role in supporting daily operations while managing and nurturing significant client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic and supportive team environment.
This is a full-time, office-based position located in Artarmon, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the management team
- Interact with clients, suppliers,
and contractors
- Liaising with employees
- General administrative duties, including creditors & debtors
- Creating SWMS/JSA , and managing WH&S; compliance
Requirements:
- Strong organisational, and administrative skills with a minimum of 5 year’s experience
- Good communication skills
- Experience with AroFlo or similar
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Willingness to learn and to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
