Duties include but are not limited to:
- Management of patient appointment bookings
- Liaising between patients and procedural facilities to facilitate an optimal patient journey
- Supervision and mentoring of clerical officers
- Account billing and debt recovery
- Work within the management team to ensure a secure and efficient work environment for all team members
