ChateauElan at The Vintage is the spectacular setting for our award winning golf course (designed by Greg Norman), conferencing and events facilities, Legends Bar & Grill and the internationally acclaimed hotel, Chateau Elan at The Vintage which has been awarded Gold in the Luxury Accommodation category in the NSW Tourism Awards.

We currently have a great chance for Food and BeverageProfessionals to join our team in our Restaurant and Events Operations.

Successful applicants must possess the following skills and attributes:

- Work as a valued team member
- Have coffee/barista experience and/or bar, cocktail, restaurant, function experience




- Proficient in POS operations & excellence in cash handling
- A high standard of grooming and presentation
- Professional and polished presentation
- Ability to work independently and pro-actively
- Valid NSW driver's license, as well as own transport
- CURRENT RSA

The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends/public holidays
