About the Role

Due to continued growth, our Newcastle-based Mowing & Gardening Division is expanding, and we are looking for Full-Time or Casual Team Members to join our outdoor maintenance crews.

You’ll work alongside an experienced Team, delivering high-quality mowing and gardening services across a variety of residential, commercial, and body corporate sites. This is a practical, active role suited to people who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and want long-term stability.

No two days are the same — if you enjoy variety, autonomy, and visible results, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll provide mowing and gardening services across the Newcastle metropolitan area, including:

- Lawn and garden care for elderly clients and veterans
- Grounds maintenance for commercial properties




- Gardening and outdoor upkeep for body corporate sites

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for motivated team players who bring:

- A current Australian driver’s licence
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Ability to work independently while following structured plans
- Strong communication skills with both team members and clients
- A robust focus on safety and quality standards

Experience in the following is highly regarded:

- General horticulture and plant care
- Pest and disease identification
- Mowing, edging, pruning, and garden maintenance

Licences & Qualifications (Desirable but Not Essential)

- Certificate II or III in Horticulture
- ChemCert accreditation
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Police Check
- Other relevant industry licences

Additional Skills – Highly Valued or Willing to Learn

- Ride-on mower operation
- Irrigation system installation and maintenance
- Pest and disease control
- Advanced hedging and topiary techniques
