We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Island Bus Tour Driver to join our team in a full time capacity. In this role, you will transport guests across our stunning island while delivering engaging, informative commentary and creating memorable experiences.

This is more than just a driving role, you will be a storyteller, host, and ambassador for the island.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate island tour buses across sand roads and beachfront terrain
- Deliver engaging and informative commentary on the island’s history, wildlife, and attractions
- Assist guests boarding and disembarking the bus, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the tour vehicles
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service at all times
- Follow all safety, compliance, and operational procedures
- Current and valid Australian Driver’s Licence (minimum 2 years’ driving experience)
- Current Queensland Driver Authorisation (DA)
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- A Valid QLD Blue Card (Working with children check).
- MR or HR manual licence

About You





You are a confident communicator who enjoys working with people and sharing knowledge. Ideally, you bring:

- Experience in a tour guiding or customer-facing role (tourism preferred)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- A friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Knowledge of, or passion for, local history, nature, and wildlife
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
