Emmanuel College and Josiah College are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the Building, Maintenance and Repairs team across both campuses on a full time basis. The role focuses on safety, presentation and continuous improvement of physical environments to support teaching, events and college operations.
You will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate contractors and plan preventative and reactive maintenance while building strong relationships with college leaders and staff.
