Our Clinical Education & Simulation Team is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Advisor who will help to facilitate high-quality education and simulation experiences at Coffs Harbour Hospital and across the MNCLHD. This position provides a great opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team offering flexible hours and wide-ranging job tasks.

What you'll be doing

The Clinical Education & Simulation Advisor is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of agile multi-modal learning solutions (face to face, simulation, virtual or blended) to meet District or Service needs.

This includes partnering with Clinical Educators, Heads of Department and Clinical/Service Managers to provide and/or support Clinical Education & Simulation building capability and supporting high quality, safe and efficient health services responsive to the needs of patients, carers and the community

able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines while working independently or collaboratively within high-performing teams
