About the Chance
Calibre Resourcing Solutions is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Trainers & Assessors to fill identified training delivery and assessment gaps across a range of business, construction, high-risk work, resources and transport training products.
Applicants may be considered to deliver one or multiple training products depending on their qualifications, licences, industry experience and supporting evidence.
Units We Are Seeking Trainers For
- BSBTEC201 – Use business software applications
- CPCCLSF2001 – Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding (Basic)
- CPCCLSF3001 – Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding (Intermediate)
- RIIRIS403E – Manage and coordinate spill response
- TLILIC0022 – Licence to operate a slewing mobile crane (up to 20 tonnes)
- TLILIC0040 – Licence to operate a non-slewing mobile crane (greater than 3 tonnes capacity)
- TLILIC2015 – Licence to drive a Medium Rigid vehicle
- TLILIC2016 – Licence to drive a Heavy Rigid vehicle
About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
- A current Training & Assessment qualification (TAE)
- Demonstrated vocational competency relevant to the unit(s) you wish to deliver
- Current industry experience and vocational currency
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- The ability to deliver engaging training and conduct quality assessments
- Relevant licences and industry certifications applicable to your training scope
Engagement opportunities are offered on a casual and contract basis , depending on operational requirements and trainer availability.

- Evidence of a Training & Assessment qualification that meets current requirements
- Copies of relevant vocational qualifications and Statements of Attainment
- Current USI VET Transcript
- Copies of applicable licences and High Risk Work Licences
- Evidence of current WHSQ High Risk Work Accredited Assessor approval (where applicable)
- Evidence of current Queensland driver trainer accreditation for relevant MR and/or HR vehicle classes (where applicable)
- Evidence of current industry skills and vocational currency
- Evidence of recent VET and industry professional development
- Relevant referee details
