Wesley Mission Queensland is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) team. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and help residents build independence and life skills both at home and in the community.

Under Registered Nurse supervision, you will deliver person-centred supports and collaborate with colleagues to ensure protected, respectful care.
