Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Successfully guide teams through change and the introduction of new products, services, and technologies

- Oversee daily store operations, including rostering, inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance

- Proven success in a sales leadership role within a KPI-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support teams through change

- Previous leadership experience, preferably within a retail environment
