The Business and Role

Fox Finance Group is celebrating 20 years in business this year! We are an innovative financial services business based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

The team that you would become a part of are multiple award winners in asset finance and handle our highly qualified online, repeat, and referral customers looking to finance vehicles like cars, trucks, and other fun toys like boats, jet-skis, caravans, motorcycles, and camper trailers. As well as personal loans for things like holidays, debt consolidation, home renovations and investment.

This role offers the right person support and development in many skills, including but not limited to:

- Understanding and delivering fantastic results using our proven customer centric process.

- Learning and understanding over 50 different financier’s lending matrix's.

- Delivering the highest customer service standards in our industry (yes, we ask every customer to review their experience with us).





- Professionally working with customers over the phone to accurately identify their lending needs before following our proven process to assess their application, find their options, and settle the best loan solution for them.

- Prepare and execute finance and insurance documents whilst ensuring data accuracy and compliance is maintained to the highest level.

- Creating and nurturing relationships with customers and referrers, to create long-standing meaningful connections, and future lending opportunities.

Remuneration
