Global Medics AU is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Women's & Children's Division.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting healthcare providers with high-quality medical talent while managing and growing your own desk. You will:

- Take ownership of a hot desk within the Women's & Children's Division

- Manage existing client accounts and candidate relationships

- Source, screen, and place doctors into locum and permanent opportunities across Australia

- Build strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare organisations

- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate new business

- Negotiate placements, rates, and client agreements

- Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and healthcare requirements

- Collaborate with a high-performing team and share market insights

- Stay informed on market trends and become a trusted specialist in your sector

What Will You Bring?

- Previous recruitment experience,



ideally within healthcare or professional services

- Proven success in a 360 recruitment environment

- Strong business development and account management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

- A commercial mindset and results-driven approach

- Resilience, initiative, and a passion for delivering outcomes

- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability

- Knowledge of medical recruitment and healthcare compliance is advantageous
