The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive People & Culture Advisor to support the delivery of efficient and compliant HR services across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, working closely with the Senior People & Culture Advisor and the People and Culture Coordinator, in this varied, operational role, you'll manage HR workflows, provide advice on policies and procedures, support recruitment and onboarding, maintain HR systems and data and help drive ongoing improvements across our People and Culture function.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity, supporting multiple sites whilst based at ouroffice in Rose Park.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver efficient and compliant People & Culture services across theemployee lifecycle, including employee movements, documentation, and HRworkflows.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure a positivecandidate and employee experience.
- Provide practical advice and support to leaders and employees on HRpolicies, procedures, and people-related matters.
- Maintain HR systems, data integrity, reporting, and process complianceto support informed decision-making.
- Contribute to employee wellbeing, recognition, and engagementinitiatives that enhance workplace culture.




- Identify opportunities to improve People & Culture processes,systems, and service delivery.
- Support the delivery of People & Culture projects and initiatives.

About You:

You are an experienced HR professional with a strong foundation in operational People& Culture practices and a passion for delivering high-quality support across the employee lifecycle. You have experience providing practical advice to leaders and employees, interpreting employment-related policies and legislation, and managing HR processes with accuracy, professionalism, andconfidentiality.

Comfortable working with HR systems and data, you enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery, and are committed to building positive relationships thatsupport both employees and the broader business.

A qualification in Human Resources (or a related discipline) and experience in a generalist HR role will set you up for success in this position. Experience working across multiple sites and familiarity with Employment Hero will be highly regarded.
