The Role

Bolton Clarke is recruiting for Registered Nurses (one for each of the residential homes as listed below):

- Winders Lodge, Banora Point
- Darlington, Banora Point
- Calare,Orange
- Coastal Waters, Worrowing Heights
- Gosling Creek, Orange
- Riverwood, West Albury
- Raffles, Tweed Heads South
- Heritage Lodge, Murwillumbah

The positions are permanent, full time with a minimum of 38 hours a week with a base salary range (per our EA -RSL Care Enterprise Agreement) of $72,843.66 - $87,192.19 depending on experience+ superannuation+ salary packaging benefits!

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.These include:

- Providing and monitoring the care of residents
- Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
- Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
- Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes




- Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

To be successful, you will have:

- 1+ years full time (or equivalent) previous experience as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc.)
- Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screen
- Flu Vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements
