Due to growth in the business, we are seeking a full-time family lawyer to join our team.

About the Role

- Manage a diverse caseload across all areas of family law
- Handle matters involving both dispute resolution and complex litigation
- Demonstrate strong knowledge in children’s matters and property settlements
- Draft high-quality correspondence, consent orders, applications, affidavits and other court documents
- Negotiate effectively to achieve favourable outcomes for clients
- Appear in court for Mentions, Hearings, Conferences and Trials
- Opportunity to work across other areas of practice if desired

About You

- Experience in family law, ideally within a private practice environment, with confidence managing your own files and clients




- Strong prioritisation and time-management skills, enabling you to stay organised and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Warm, friendly and qualified manner with a strong client-service focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to draft clearly and persuasively
- Solid capability with Microsoft Office 365
