About the Role

This is a traditional servicing-focused Financial Adviser position supporting an established portfolio of clients. You'll work closely with experienced advisers and support teams to provide ongoing strategic advice, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and developing relationships with an existing portfolio of clients




- Conducting review meetings and delivering ongoing strategic advice
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes across a range of advice areas
- Preparing for and participating in client meetings
- Working closely with paraplanners, client service professionals and senior advisers
- Ensuring all advice documentation and client interactions meet compliance and regulatory requirements
- Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing and client-focused team culture
- Working across both the Norwest and North Sydney offices as required (primary location is our Norwest office)

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Approximately 2 to 3 years' experience in a Financial Adviser role, including your Professional Year
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and satisfaction of ASIC education requirements
- Solid knowledge of financial planning strategies, advice processes and regulatory obligations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, professional and client-centric approach
