About the role

We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our dedicated team at Little Munchkins Early Learning Centre in Mooloolah Valley, QLD. This permanent part-time role will see you play a key part in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to the children in our centre.

What you’ll be doing

- Building positive relationships with children and families to foster a nurturing and supportive environment
- Developing your skills and knowledge through professional development and training all paid for by the employer.
- Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
- Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre
- Adhering to all relevant legislation, regulations and centre policies and procedures

What we’re looking for

- A relevant Diploma in early childhood education qualification or actively studying towards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
