The AFL is hiring a Participation Lead for the Hunter/Central Coast to grow Australian Football through NAB AFL Auskick, NAB Superkick and other programs. You will work across Community Football to deliver high quality participation experiences for children, schools and clubs while building lasting relationships with volunteers and local stakeholders.

You will develop a local participation strategy, coach and mentor staff, monitor program delivery and drive retention and transition outcomes.
