About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll be responsible for welcoming clients, assisting with bookings, promoting our recovery and wellness services, maintaining our facilities to a high standard, and helping to grow our memberships through genuine customer engagement.

- A genuine passion for the recovery, health, fitness, or wellness industry
- Confidence in sales and the ability to recommend services and memberships
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Represent our business in a professional manor
- Comfortable using booking systems, computers, and social media
- First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Blue Card or willing to acquire one
- Must be available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
