Shapes Early Learning Morayfield is a state-of-the-art Early Learning Centre, where we are dedicated to nurturing children’s growth in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do
- Implement educational programs that foster children’s growth and development.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Guide and mentor educators, promoting high-quality care and a collaborative environment.
- Ensure the highest standards in Child Safety, hygiene, and learning engagement.
- Provide inspiring and nurturing environments for children.
- Collaborate with our experienced leadership team to create a welcoming, inspiring space for all.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum qualifications of a Bachelor in Teaching/Early childhood
- Experience in a teachers position, preferably in an early childhood setting
- A strong understanding of the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and National Quality Framework NQF.
- A working knowledge of developmental programming, planning and observations
- Experience with Storypark or similar online tool would be looked upon favorably.
- Dedication to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment for children.
- Valid Working with children check.

- Hold a valid Blue Card before commencing employment.
- Complete the ACECQA Prohibition Notice Declaration (where applicable).
- Complete referee checks, including verification of suitability to work with children.
- Participate in a comprehensive induction program covering Child Protection, Mandatory Reporting, the Child Safe Standards, Reportable Conduct, supervision practices and our Child Safe Code of Conduct.
- Comply with all Shapes Early Learning Child Safe policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
