Job Description
Registered Nurse - Full-Time Location: Ryde, NSW We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse -GP Clinic in Ryde to join our friendly and professional team on a full time basis .
About the Role
You will work closely with our General Practitioners to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative medical centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting GPs with chronic disease management, health assessments and care plans
- Performing clinical procedures including immunisations, wound care, ECGs, spirometry, venepuncture, iron infusions and minor procedures
- Infection control, sterilisation and stock management
- Patient triage, recalls and follow-ups
