Align Care is seeking caregivers to assist with personal care and daily living activities for participants in community settings. You will support participants with community access and appointments, and help with meal preparation and household tasks as needed.
Providing emotional support and companionship, you will follow participant care plans to promote independence, complete progress notes and reports, and work respectfully with participants, families and other staff to ensure quality care.
