Woolworths Group is seeking a strategic Lead for Scan&Go; loss to minimise stock loss as the business scales. The role sits in the Stockloss team and partners with the Scan&Go; project teams to deliver data-driven insights, CCTV evidence, and operational features.

You will own the loss roadmap, drive initiatives, and lead two data analysts to uncover opportunities. Hybrid work; two-year fixed-term contract based at Norwest.
