About the Role
We are seeking a strong, motivated leader and team player to join our management team as a Full-Time Gaming Supervisor.
Reporting to the Group Gaming Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of our gaming department and leading our gaming service delivery team of around 20 employees.
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of service and compliance, and supporting the continued development of our gaming operations.

What You Will Do
- Lead, train and develop a passionate gaming and service team
- Support the day-to-day operation of the gaming department
- Monitor gaming products, services, promotions and loyalty offerings and provide feedback and recommendations
- Effectively allocate work and supervise frontline gaming employees
- Maintain high standards of presentation and service across the gaming floor
- Handle patron enquiries and complaints professionally
- Oversee the implementation of RSA, RCG and TAB practices
- Ensure relevant policies, procedures and compliance requirements are maintained
- Deliver memorable guest experiences through exceptional customer service
- Contribute positively to team culture and lead by example
About You
- A keen hospitality professional with a genuine passion for gaming and customer service
- At least 3 years' experience in a gaming or hospitality supervisory role
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, roster, delegate and train employees in a hands-on capacity
- Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
- Current RSA, Advanced RCG and TAB qualifications (essential)
- Sound knowledge of the registered clubs industry and broader hospitality trends
- Positive, proactive and motivated, with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- A genuine team player who can lead, motivate and develop others
