The Benevolent Society is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide in-home clinical support to older people across Western Sydney. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care, assess health needs, monitor conditions and support care plans in home settings.

With 2+ years in aged care or community nursing, you will work with a multidisciplinary team, manage risks, and promote dignity and safety while traveling across the service area.
