Full-Time Showroom Sales Consultant – Casa Blanco Sydney

Casa Blanco is looking for an experienced Full-Time Showroom Sales Consultant to join our Sydney showroom in Waterloo .

We are a luxury furniture brand, offering a curated collection of furniture, lighting, rugs and decor. We are looking for someone confident, polished and experienced in customer service and sales, with a strong interest in interiors and delivering an elevated client experience.

This is a full-time role, 5 days per week , and weekend availability is essential .

About the Role

You will be responsible for welcoming and assisting clients in our showroom, providing product knowledge, managing sales enquiries and ensuring every customer receives a professional and memorable experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting showroom clients
- Providing detailed product information and styling advice
- Managing customer enquiries in person, by phone and email
- Processing sales and following up with clients
- Maintaining showroom presentation to a high standard
- Build robust relationships with retail,



trade and interior design clients
- Supporting trade, designer and high-value clients
- Working closely with the wider Casa Blanco team to ensure a seamless customer experience

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in a sales, retail, showroom or customer service role. Experience in furniture, interiors, homewares or a luxury retail environment will be highly regarded.

You will be:

- Experienced in customer service and sales
- Confident, warm and professional
- Well-presented with strong communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced showroom environment
- Passionate about interiors, furniture and design
- Reliable, proactive and a strong team player
- Available to work weekends as part of your weekly roster
