Accounts Receivable Manager
- $130,000 - $150,000 + Super | Mascot | 2 Days WFH | Free Parking
- Lead a small AR team and take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function

THE CLIENT
Our client is a well-established national organisation seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead their AR function and oversee a small team. Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in improving cash flow outcomes, managing customer relationships and driving process improvements across the function.
This position will suit someone who enjoys operating in a energetic environment, taking ownership and being heavily involved in both strategy and day-to-day operations.

THE ROLE
- Lead, coach and develop a small Accounts Receivable team
- Own the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function
- Manage collections, cash allocations, invoicing and credit activities
- Drive cash flow outcomes and reduce overdue debt
- Monitor customer accounts and manage disputes, escalations and payment plans
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, banking partners and internal stakeholders
- Support month-end reporting and complex reconciliations
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
- Assist with debtor factoring requirements and credit management processes
THE PERSON
- Strong AR experience and ideally previous people leadership experience
- Strong understanding of collections, cash allocation and credit management
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Hands‑on, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Process improvement mindset
