Aftermarket Sales & Customer Care Consultant

As part of the Tony White Group, the Trinity Auto Group is a substantial dealership, located in tropical Cairns in North Queensland.

With experienced and supportive management integrated in a committed and professional team, we have an outstanding opportunity for an Experienced Aftermarket Sales Consultant to join our sales team.

Experience in vehicle sales or aftermarket sales is preferred. Only those with relevant experience need apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Providing guests with a seamless experience that focuses on presenting them with a range of aftermarket products that suit their new vehicle purchase
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments and coordinating vehicle preparation
- Inspecting vehicles prior to customer delivery to ensure the application/installation of aftermarket products has been carried out correctly
- Effectively communicating explanations of product warranties
- Maintaining all documentation relating to aftermarket operations and vehicle registration

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Motivation to achieve results through the ability to achieve targets and KPI's
- Ability to show initiative with the desire to take on new challenges
- A sound understanding of sales processes and their strategic execution in order to meet and exceed targets
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills




- Be a team player in a sometimes demanding work environment
- Sound computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
- Immaculate and professional presentation
