Coles Group seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to join the Workers’ Compensation team in Sydney on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will advise on litigated workers’ compensation matters, manage external panel relationships, and support claims professionals and internal stakeholders to achieve strong commercial outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor of Laws with a current Practising Certificate and 5+ years’ post-admission experience in NSW workers’ compensation, with a robust understanding
