Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct,
and control the day-to-day operations and resources of construction projects.
- Manage contractor activities and monitor performance against key safety, budget, and efficiency metrics.
- Conduct site visits to inspect ongoing work, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and enforce building standards.
- Report and address safety events or incidents in accordance with site policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify potential hazards and eliminate risks through comprehensive project risk assessments.
