The role
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Accounts Officer – AP/AR to join our friendly team based in Banksmeadow. You will be joining a well-established organisation that has been operating and growing for over 30 years.
This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, variety and working closely with a small team in a hands-on environment.
Key responsibilities
- Day to day bookkeeping tasks.
- End to end Accounts Receivable & Payable functions.
- Bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Responding to internal and external queries.
- Support the team with month-end tasks and ad-hoc finance requests.
About you
- You must reside in Australia and have full working rights.
- You are comfortable using Xero and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A minimum of one year's experience in any bookkeeping role is required.
- You have strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- You communicate well and enjoy working in a team.
- You can take initiative and manage routine tasks independently.
