THE PROSPECT: Finance Accounts Payable

An exciting opportunity now exists to join our professional team as a Finance Administrator Accounts Payable . Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you’ll play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations across, accounts payable and receivable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounts Receivable experience is desirable

- Processing invoices, payments, receipts and reconciliations
- Managing supplier and customer accounts, resolving queries while maintaining strong relationships
- Completing payment runs, allocating payments and following up outstanding accounts
- Support daily, weekly,



and monthly financial deadlines
- Prepare and process client invoices and billing transactions through accounts receivable balances and follow up outstanding payments
- Respond to client and internal enquiries regarding billing and accounts

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

- Strong attention to detail with and organisational skills
- A team-oriented, flexible, and proactive analytical mindset
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure best practices are followed
- Effective professional communication
- Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes and efficiencies
- Stock control experience (desirable)

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software
- Experience in administrative tasks across a dealership finance with accurate financial records is desirable
- Minimum 2 years experience in, Finance, or Accounting Administration
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification (desired)
- A current driver’s licence
