About the Role
Working alongside classroom teachers, the successful applicant will:
- Support student engagement and learning.
- Coach and mentor teachers to build capability.
- Implement inclusive practices and evidence-based adjustments.
- Collaborate with families and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to case management meetings.
- Maintain student support and adjustment records.
- Support student planning and NCCD processes.
