Night Vision Australia is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to grow our government and business-to-business (B2B) customer base across Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and engaging new government departments, agencies, and commercial businesses such as Mining, Security, Transport and Logistics, and other businesses that benefit from our product range. You will promote and sell premium thermal imaging and night vision equipment, including scopes, monoculars, binoculars, cameras, and related observation products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop current business opportunities within government and commercial sectors.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
- Conduct outbound/inbound sales calls, customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and proposals.




- Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM.
- Achieve sales targets while providing outstanding customer service.
- Represent Night Vision Australia at industry events and trade shows.

Skills & Experience

- Proven sales experience, preferably in government and/or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Willingness to travel as required.
