Long-Term Commercial Project | Immediate Start | Full-Time Position
Remedial Building Services is seeking experienced and motivated Carpenters to join our growing team for a long-term commercial remedial construction project based in Tweed Heads, with additional work across the Gold Coast.
We specialise in complex commercial remedial building projects, including façade upgrades, recladding, window and door replacement, structural remediation, waterproofing, concrete repairs and major building refurbishments.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment with a company that has a solid pipeline of work throughout South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
About the Role
Working as part of a professional site team, you'll undertake a variety of carpentry and installation works including:
- Timber and steel framing
- Installation and replacement of commercial windows and doors
- Building refurbishment and remedial carpentry
- Assisting with multiple construction activities as required
This role suits someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of commercial construction tasks.
About You
To be successful you will have:
- Trade qualified Carpenter (Cert III Carpentry or equivalent)
- Experience installing commercial windows and doors
- Experience with commercial cladding systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Own tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic and reliability
- Commitment to safety and quality
Highly Regarded
- Experience in remedial construction
- Experience working on occupied buildings
- EWP, Working at Heights or Scaffold tickets
