Defence Bank in Melbourne is seeking a fraud investigations qualified to join our frontline team for a 9-month fixed-term period. You will investigate unauthorised transactions, respond to scam reports, and help protect our members.

You will monitor alerts, support EFT/BPAY/NPP and card-related investigations, liaise with internal teams and law enforcement, and contribute to fraud awareness and process improvements while working a rotating 24/7 roster.
