We are looking for a qualified, multi-skilled Maintenance Fitter to join Ridley AgriProducts at our Maroota site. If you have hands‑on maintenance experience in a high‑volume manufacturing workplace, we want to hear from you.

The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative maintenance activities on plant and equipment
- Respond to mechanical breakdowns and complete repairs efficiently
- Perform fault finding and troubleshooting on mechanical equipment
- Undertake welding, fabrication, and general fitting tasks
- Assist with plant upgrades, shutdowns, and project works
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams
- Complete maintenance work safely and to a high standard
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased reliability
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment
You will have
- Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter, Fitter & Machinist, or Welder/Boilermaker
- Experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, processing, or similar environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
- Welding and fabrication experience highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
