You will ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and continuous improvement while supporting a hands-on factory floor approach.
Responsibilities include coordinating fabrication, dispatch, site deliveries, WHS, QA, and maintenance, with a focus on leadership, teamwork and safety culture.
