The Opportunity

As our Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating day‑to‑day site operations, leading civil crews, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will be the key link between crews, project managers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards while maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise civil construction crews and machine operators on site
- Coordinate daily work activities to achieve project milestones
- Monitor productivity, quality and safety performance across all site operations
- Manage site logistics, including plant, equipment, materials and subcontractors
- Maintain effective communication with Project Managers, Engineers and stakeholders




- Identify and resolve site issues proactively to minimise delays and disruptions
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, environmental standards and project specifications
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and safety initiatives
- Mentor and support team members to promote a positive and productive site culture
- Maintain accurate site records, timesheets, progress reports and project documentation

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Civil Site Supervisor or similar leadership role
- Strong background delivering civil infrastructure, earthworks, roads, drainage or construction projects
- Proven ability to lead crews, coordinate resources and deliver project outcomes
- Excellent planning, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Sound understanding of civil construction methodologies, WHS legislation and quality requirements
- Experience using Trimble surveying systems and site technology
- Current driver’s licence
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and project excellence
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Fit for work and able to pass medical and drug & alcohol testing
- National Criminal History Check clearance
- Eligible to obtain Defence Common Access Card (DCAC)
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with unrestricted working rights
